Job Description

We're seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Lobby Ambassadors. As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by welcoming

What You'll Do

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors, guests, and customers upon arrival.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource by answering questions and providing directions or assistance.
  • Assist visitors with self-service kiosks to improve efficiency and reduce wait times.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and reception area, ensuring guests receive timely assistance.
  • Create a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Manage guest flow and lobby traffic while following established operational procedures.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
  • Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
  • Support lobby occupancy and crowd management protocols as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, reception, call center, or a related environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance record.
  • Comfortable standing and moving throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic technology skills and confidence assisting customers with kiosks or self-service systems.
